We do it all “in house” to achieve our goals. We hired only the best, loyal, and well-trained staff of tradesmen on hourly salaries to keep our subtracting overhead costs low. Our over fifty (50) field employees bring all skills we need to create your project from carpenters to experienced plumbers to a team of electricians. This lets us set our schedules and pricing and not have to rely on what subcontractors dictate like at other general contracting firms.
Our History
L Perez General Contracting has over 30 years of combined building experience including running drill rigs, seismic retrofitting for high rise buildings in downtown, and various public works projects. We bring this wealth of experience into your projects along with a commitment to giving you the most comprehensive, competitive pricing available with both honesty and open communication. At L Perez, we work with you to make sure every our architects, engineers, and everyone else on our team provides you the best possible product at the best price.
At our centrally located location, we have everything we need to create the home or office of your dreams. Along with our office, we have a fully stocked cabinet shop and warehouse where we can customize any piece of your project to your specifications.

What You Can Expect from L Perez
We are centrally located in Linden, New Jersey, and we have everything including our offices, cabinet shops, and warehouse all right here in one place. We even build our own custom cabinets out of solid dovetail drawers and solid wood doors of any species in our cabinet shop.
We own all the tools and equipment in our warehouse. This lets us complete your projects as efficient and cost-effective as possible. We have three (3) Bobcats and two (2) walk-behind bobcats of various sizes that allow us to handle any size project you may have. We also have several conveyor belts to quickly and cost-effectively move materials underneath and around buildings.
We even own our own trucks. We have a semi end dump, 10 wheeler garbage, and a box truck to reduce the need for costly dirt and garage boxes in front of your job site, saving you up to 80% from what other general contractor firms would charge you for the same amount of work.
To earn your trust, we will provide you a list of every current project we have and their contact information, as well as 5-7 of our previous projects we just completed. We believe that by communicating with our other clients will help you understand and predict the experience you will have with us when changing orders, time lines, and our quality of work.
